Role Overview: Junior Sous Chef

The Junior Sous Chef will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations. This role involves both technical culinary responsibilities and emerging leadership duties, including overseeing food preparation and maintaining operational standards. The position is full-time, with a salary of 8,000 SAR monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality across all kitchen sections during service.
• Support, motivate, and train the kitchen team, providing leadership and stepping in to manage kitchen operations as needed.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols rigorously across all stations to maintain a compliant and clean working environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and kitchen workflow, adapting to the demands of busy service periods.

Required Experience

• Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a culinary role.
