Service Operator II HWO

About the Role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Operator II-HWO to join its team in Al Qatif and Al Khobar. This full-time position involves contributing to the delivery of products and services within the global energy industry. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction at the worksite.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relations at the worksite.
• Perform necessary calculations for job completion at the well site.
• Coordinate activities of service operators and operator assistants during equipment rig-up, rig-down, and job preparation.
• Provide essential job planning and ensure customer satisfaction with services rendered.
• Oversee safe crane and rigging operations during service delivery.
• Operate the HWO jack and supervise HWO work basket operations.
• Conduct data collection and distribution for jobs.
• Assist with equipment clean-up, repair, and preparation for subsequent jobs.
• Provide input on subordinate performance and facilitate on-the-job skills development.
• Promote HES Process Improvement Initiatives (PII) and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Actively participate in quality improvement processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of HES career development requirements as a Service Operator I.
• Exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others, given the nature of oil field service work.
• Excellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods, and processes.
• Ability to understand Well Bore schematics, analyze computer programs (HalWin), and operational procedures.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required.
