Location: Alqassim (Ar Rass)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain district inventory for plant supplies, including ordering, receiving, and allocating materials.
- Prepare annual requisitions, orders, and reports.
- Inspect incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation.
- Track damages and discrepancies on received orders.
- Post daily incoming and outgoing plant stock.
- Report canceled and damaged items to the purchasing department.
- Handle and document the storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
- Maintain warehouse and storage areas in an orderly manner.
- Segregate waste for proper disposal.
- Inform relevant personnel about material arrivals and arrange for inspections.
