Shelfa Facility Management Company is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join their team in Arar, located in the Northern borders region of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the direct manager in defining departmental or sectional objectives and implementing administrative tasks to achieve them.
- Propose and implement plans, programs, and projects that support the achievement of departmental goals.
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced colleagues, facilitating knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
- Execute various administrative and procedural operations as required to meet the needs of the branch or department.
- Undertake specialized operations, projects, and initiatives, utilizing technical knowledge to ensure optimal results.
- Prepare specialized documents and reports, participate in their presentation, and ensure proper storage according to established policies.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess between 2 and 5 years of experience in an administrative or related field.
