About the Sales Executive Role
Napco National is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its team in Qal‘at Bīshah, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with a foundational understanding of sales principles to contribute to the company's success. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving product sales and managing customer relationships within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the widest range of Napco National's products to assigned customers within the designated area.
- Provide timely feedback to the team leader regarding competitive activities observed in the sales territory.
- Ensure the proper implementation of planograms in customer locations to optimize product visibility and sales.
- Issue special order requests as needed to meet specific customer requirements.
- Collect outstanding invoices according to the company's aging policy to maintain healthy accounts receivable.
- Prepare all necessary documents for call cycles and business reviews before engaging with customers in the market.
- Identify and report potential new customers in the assigned area to the team leader.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities with all potential customers to maximize market penetration.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and report them promptly to the sales team leader for resolution.
- Present customer orders and daily collection reports to the team leader and the distributor or accountant.
- Issue return forms for any defective products, obtaining necessary approval from a superior before processing the return.
- Report any problems or objections encountered during sales interactions that cannot be resolved independently to the team leader.
- Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures or approval to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum High School degree.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar and related sales field.
Required Skills
- Sales and customer relationship management.
- Market and competitor analysis.
- Order processing and documentation.
- Complaint handling and problem-solving.
- Financial collection and reconciliation.
