نبحث عن مسؤول حركة وتشغيل (Dispatcher) للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، ويكون مسؤولاً عن توزيع وجدولة ومتابعة حركة المركبات والمعدات والسائقين في مواقع المشاريع، والتنسيق مع مشرفي المواقع وقسم الصيانة لضمان تنفيذ طلبات النقل في الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة، مع الالتزام بتعليمات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، وإعداد التقارير التشغيلية اليومية وتحديث نظام إدارة النقل (TMS).

المهام والمسؤوليات

• توزيع وجدولة المركبات والمعدات والسائقين حسب احتياجات المشاريع.
• استقبال طلبات النقل والمعدات من مواقع العمل وتنفيذها في الوقت المحدد.
• متابعة حركة المركبات والمعدات ميدانياً وعبر أنظمة GPS للتتبع.
• التنسيق المستمر مع مشرفي المواقع والسائقين لضمان سير العمل.
• إصدار وتسجيل أوامر التشغيل والرحلات اليومية.
• إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية الخاصة بالحركة والتشغيل.
• متابعة ساعات عمل السائقين والمعدات وتسجيل الحضور.
• التنسيق مع قسم الصيانة لجدولة الصيانة الدورية والإبلاغ عن الأعطال.
• متابعة صلاحية رخص السائقين واستمارات وتأمين المركبات.
• متابعة استهلاك الوقود وتسجيله ورفع أي ملاحظات.
• الالتزام بتعليمات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وتصاريح الدخول للمواقع.
• التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة والحوادث والإبلاغ عنها فوراً.
• تحديث نظام إدارة النقل (TMS) وإدخال البيانات التشغيلية بشكل مستمر.
• العمل في بيئة ميدانية بحقول النفط على مدار 24 ساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع، بنظام الورديات النهارية والليلية.

المتطلبات

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو دبلوم في الإدارة أو اللوجستيات.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التشغيل او الحركة، ويفضل في شركات المقاولات أو مشاريع أرامكو.
• إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel وWord.
• خبرة في استخدام أنظمة GPS وأنظمة تتبع المركبات.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
• الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات النهارية والليلية.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة ميدانية وحقول النفط.

We Are Hiring: Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching, scheduling, and monitoring vehicles, equipment, and drivers across project sites. The role involves coordinating with site supervisors and the maintenance department to ensure transport requests are fulfilled efficiently and on time, while complying with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements, preparing daily operational reports, and updating the Transportation Management System (TMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule vehicles, equipment, and drivers according to project requirements.
• Receive and process transportation and equipment requests from work sites in a timely manner.
• Monitor vehicle and equipment movement on-site and through GPS tracking systems.
• Coordinate continuously with site supervisors and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Issue and record daily job orders and trip tickets.
• Prepare daily and weekly dispatch and operational reports.
• Track driver and equipment working hours and attendance.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department for scheduled servicing and report breakdowns.
• Monitor the validity of driver licenses, vehicle registrations, and insurance.
• Monitor and record fuel consumption and report any irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site access permits.
• Handle emergencies and incidents and report them immediately.
• Continuously update the Transportation Management System (TMS) and maintain accurate operational data.
• Work in a demanding oil field environment operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with day and night shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or diploma in Administration or Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching or fleet/movement operations, preferably in contracting companies or Aramco projects.
• Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with GPS and vehicle tracking systems.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
• Ability to work in a field and oil field environment.
