In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch to ensure achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. You will work on enhancing team performance and achieving operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Achieving monthly and annual sales targets, monitoring sales performance and analysis.
  • Operations Management: Ensuring inventory organization and monitoring product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervising staff and providing necessary guidance and training.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service and handling complaints.
  • Financial Supervision: Monitoring daily cash and managing operating costs.

Requirements:
  • To be accurate, honest, and quick-witted.
