Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Shalfa Facilities Management Company. Your responsibilities will include preparing a work plan and program, following up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance, and distributing tasks to the team. You will also design the training needs for the maintenance team and prepare a preventive maintenance program.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
  • Distribute tasks and duties to maintenance team members based on their abilities and skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and assess their achievements.
  • Evaluate the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills or recommend them for specialized training programs.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on the implementation procedures.
  • Classify, organize, document, and store results and work reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll accounting
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and payroll compliance
- Proficiency in payroll software (*, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
