The Integrated Facilities Company for Operations and Maintenance is looking for a talented Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in preparing the work plan and managing maintenance operations. You will be responsible for distributing tasks among team members and developing their skills.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Following up on procedures for identifying the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantities and costs required.
  • Distributing tasks and evaluating the performance of the maintenance team and achievements.
  • Preparing preventive maintenance programs and following up on their implementation.
  • Classifying, organizing, documenting, and preserving results and work reports.

Required qualifications:
  • Two-year diploma after high school in fields such as architectural monitoring, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • Practical experience of no less than 4 years.

Required skills:
  • Machine maintenance.
  • Maintenance planning system.
  • Supervision and training.
  • Report preparation and forecasting.

- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and payroll compliance
- Proficiency in payroll software (*, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
