Juna Factory for Bread and Pastries is one of the leading Saudi companies in the manufacture and production of baked goods and sweets for about 15 years, adopting quality and food safety standards. We are looking for a professional to handle purchasing operations to ensure the supply of raw materials for production of high quality and on time.
Job Objective:
To implement purchasing operations and activities accurately by issuing purchase orders and developing purchasing strategies that reduce costs.

To implement purchasing operations and activities accurately by issuing purchase orders and developing purchasing strategies that reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the requirements of various departments and coordinating with management.
- Preparing daily purchase orders based on departmental needs.
- Following up on supplies and ensuring that suppliers meet quality requirements.
- Searching for new suppliers and evaluating their offers.
- Creating a comprehensive database of suppliers and updating it regularly.
- Monitoring market prices and informing management of changes.
- Resolving any issues related to shipments and communicating with the warehouse department.
- Reviewing and auditing contracts and invoices.
- Managing international orders and ensuring timely receipt of shipments.
- Analyzing material costs and providing recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chains or Business Administration.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the purchasing field.
Skills:
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Ability to adapt and solve problems.
- Using data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
