About the Sales Representative Role

Grant Thornton is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Buraydah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to build a career in sales. The role focuses on managing relationships with grocery stores to ensure effective product distribution, sales, and merchandising according to company strategies.

Role Overview and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to maintain and develop strong relationships with grocery partners. This involves facilitating contract signings, managing cash sales, overseeing distribution, and ensuring proper merchandising, shelving, and pricing across various brands and categories, all in alignment with Ferrero's strategic guidelines. Adherence to approved sales policies and procedures is essential to ensure compliant and controlled operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including van loading and unloading, to ensure the correct product mix is available for customers.
• Collect cash payments from customers and provide suggested orders based on their current stock levels and product movement to maintain consistent availability.
• Execute phase-out and liquidation plans with customers to support smooth transitions of products.
• Implement sales fundamentals to ensure strong product distribution and market presence.

Customer Relationship Management

• Effectively manage allocated cash allowances, budgets, and promotional offers, ensuring full utilization and fair distribution among accounts.
• Build strong customer penetration to establish and maintain solid, long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Develop sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships by proactively addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and strengthening partnerships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High-school graduate.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Prior experience in a sales representative role is preferred.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Buraydah. The role involves direct interaction with customers and requires managing day-to-day sales operations within the assigned territory.
