About the Role

Eastern Coast Group, a major poultry production company in the Kingdom, is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Corporate Insurance Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves the comprehensive management and operation of the company's entire insurance portfolio, ensuring optimal coverage and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's comprehensive insurance portfolio across various sectors, including medical insurance for individuals, property insurance for facilities and farms, machinery and equipment insurance, and transportation fleet insurance.
• Conduct direct negotiations with insurance companies and brokers, solicit and evaluate price offers, and select the most suitable options to serve the company's interests.
• Review and audit insurance policy clauses, terms, and exclusions to ensure maximum coverage at the lowest possible cost.
• Oversee daily updates, including additions, deletions, and amendments to policies, covering new and departing employees, as well as new and canceled assets and machinery.
• Lead and manage the claims process in cases of accidents or damages, coordinating with insurance companies to ensure the full collection of due compensation.
• Prepare periodic reports, conduct risk analysis, and provide financial and technical recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field within the insurance sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in managing large corporate insurance portfolios, ideally as a Corporate Insurance Buyer or In-house Insurance Specialist.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and high efficiency in managing commercial relationships.
• Thorough knowledge of the Saudi insurance market mechanisms, regulations, and bylaws.
• Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, for both communication and writing.
