About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a full-time Assistant, Bar Sorter to join its operations in Dammam. This role is integral to the production process, focusing on supporting Bar Sorters in the precise segregation of rebars based on size, grade, and batch. The primary objective is to ensure accurate material delivery and compliance with established production schedules.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and segregating rebars according to specific production requirements.
• Support the movement of sorted bars to their designated stacking or storage locations.
• Aid in the transport of rebars within the sorting and cooling bed areas.
• Ensure the safe stacking and proper alignment of bars to prevent damage or hazards.

Equipment Support and Collaboration

• Provide assistance in the maintenance and cleaning of sorting equipment and associated work areas.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Collaborate effectively with Bar Sorters, Cooling Bed Operators, and Forklift Operators.
• Communicate any production or quality-related issues to supervisors for timely resolution.

Safety and Workplace Standards

• Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain the sorting area in a clean and hazard-free condition.
• Actively contribute to maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all personnel.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably involving material sorting or handling.
