About the Associate Project Commercial Support Role

Hitachi is seeking an Associate Project Commercial Support to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is integral to supporting the SA 2106 GIS Business by providing proactive commercial and SAP-related transaction support to Project Managers. The role ensures that Project Managers can focus on meeting customer expectations and achieving the unit’s profit and loss objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project commercial activities, including the coordination of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
• Prepare all commercial documents required for processing payments with banks by Letters of Credit.
• Manage SAP Project tasks, including the creation and ongoing updating of costing information throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare all necessary documentation and drive the invoicing process for all projects, ensuring timely internal completion.
• Provide Project Managers with backup information related to commercial transactions as required.
• Update system data and files pertinent to revenue and payment collection.
• Create and maintain detailed status updates for internal discussions with management regarding project commercial activities.
• Assist Project Managers with invoicing reports as necessary.
