About the Project Support Associate - Commercial Role

Hitachi is seeking a Project Support Associate - Commercial to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to contribute to commercial project operations.

Purpose of the Position

The Project Support Associate - Commercial plays a crucial role in supporting the SA 2106 GIS Business. This position involves close collaboration with the Project Management team to proactively manage commercial and SAP-related transactions, thereby enabling Project Managers to concentrate on meeting customer expectations and achieving the unit's P&L objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project commercial activities, including the coordination of Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and similar instruments.
• Prepare all necessary commercial documents for processing payments with banks through letters of credit.
• Manage SAP project data, including the creation and ongoing updating of costing information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare all required documentation and drive the invoicing process for all projects, ensuring timely internal completion.
• Provide Project Managers with backup information related to commercial transactions as necessary.
• Update system data and files pertaining to revenue and payment collection.
• Create and maintain detailed status updates for internal discussions with management regarding project commercial activities.
• Assist Project Managers with invoicing reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
