Job Description

About the Branch Supervisor Role

Panda Retail Company is seeking a Branch Supervisor for its E-Commerce Fulfillment Operations in Dammam. This employee role focuses on leading a team to ensure efficient and effective picking and delivery processes to achieve optimal customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor team duty schedules, including timing and personal hygiene standards.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of pickers, administrators, and drivers, adhering to pick-rate targets and on-time handover and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the store operations team to ensure product replenishment and availability.
  • Train team members to ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Ensure daily targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Maintain the availability of necessary assets and consumables, such as bags, boxes, and picking devices.
  • Communicate daily operational status and needs with the Area Operations Lead.
  • Liaise with the service desk for any escalations that disrupt operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma required; a college education is considered a plus.
  • Experience leading a team of more than 10 employees.
  • Professional certifications are beneficial.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency is required.
  • Experience in both Retail and E-Commerce environments.
