Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a Business Development Manager - Oil & Gas to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is integral to expanding the company's market presence and securing new opportunities within the Kingdom's oil and gas sector.

The Role of Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, securing new projects, and cultivating strong relationships with major clients, particularly Saudi Aramco and SABIC. This role focuses on promoting the company's range of oil & gas products, including valves, piping, and static equipment, to key industry players.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Saudi Aramco and SABIC.
• Promote company products such as valves, piping, and static equipment.
• Manage prequalification and vendor registration processes.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Participate in tenders, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, projects, and procurement.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in oil & gas business development.
• Proven experience dealing with Saudi Aramco and/or SABIC.
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas products and supply chain.
• Experience working with EPC, manufacturing, or trading companies.
• Familiarity with Aramco vendor registration and approval processes.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role requires a professional who can operate effectively within the dynamic oil and gas market of the region, engaging with key stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
