About the Role

PE Global is seeking an experienced Business Improvement Consultant to join a leading healthcare organization in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on enhancing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement enterprise-wide business improvement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency gains through data-driven analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Lead complex process improvement and transformation initiatives across various departments.
  • Facilitate workshops and provide mentorship to cross-functional teams in process redesign and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Promote best practices in process management, quality improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Manage organizational change to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and working methods.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational performance against industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, patient experience, and overall organizational performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Allied Health, Healthcare Science, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Quality, Data, Management, Allied Health, or another relevant healthcare or management field.

Professional Certifications

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Just Culture or other recognized Quality Improvement certifications are preferred.

Required Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 16 years of experience in business improvement, continuous quality improvement, project management, or operational excellence.
  • Significant experience working within a healthcare environment.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and delivering sustainable process improvements.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
