About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking an Assistant Manager - Continuous Improvement to join its Sales & Leasing Performance Unit. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on driving structured, data-led improvement initiatives across Sales & Leasing operations.

Role Context and Objectives

The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit is responsible for establishing and governing best-practice standards across Qiddiya's sales and leasing functions. This role supports these operations by developing and managing policies, procedures, and performance frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability. The Assistant Manager will translate performance diagnostics and strategic priorities into sustainable improvements across processes, customer journeys, controls, and operational methods, ensuring these enhancements are designed, implemented, embedded, and measured across all asset classes, including Residential, Retail, Office, and Land.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the continuous improvement approach for Sales & Leasing, aligning with Business Excellence priorities and enterprise governance standards.
  • Establish and implement structured Continuous Improvement methodologies, tools, and standards.
  • Collaborate with Residential, Retail, Office, and Land Business Units to manage the Continuous Improvement portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on performance impact and business value.
  • Translate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) outputs and performance diagnostics into actionable improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives that span processes, controls, systems, and customer journeys.
  • Design future-state operating processes and ways of working in collaboration with Business Units to address identified performance gaps.
  • Lead the review, redesign, and optimization of Sales & Leasing processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure process changes are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational realities, coordinating their controlled rollout and governance.
  • Support stakeholder adoption of new processes and improvements through structured change enablement activities.
  • Define success measures for improvement initiatives and track benefits realization.
  • Validate improvement effectiveness through post-implementation performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Leasing Operations, CX, CRM, Digital, BI, Training, and Performance Excellence teams to deliver integrated improvement outcomes.
  • Build Continuous Improvement awareness and embed desired ways of working within the Business Units.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in continuous improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, or related roles.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in senior or managerial roles.
  • Strong experience in process improvement, change enablement, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Ability to translate analytical insights into practical improvement actions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • A Master’s degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
  • Professional certifications in Continuous Improvement (*, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) are advantageous.
  • Experience within Sales, Leasing, real estate, or customer-facing operational environments is advantageous.
  • Arabic language capability (written and spoken) is advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role operates within the Sales & Leasing Performance Unit, collaborating with various internal departments to achieve integrated improvement outcomes.
