The Role: Area Sales Manager II (Sales)

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II (Sales) to join its team in Dammam or Riyadh. This full-time position involves directing, controlling, and managing van sales operations within an assigned territory. The primary objective of this role is to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for Almarai products through continuous monitoring and review of team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct, control, and effectively manage van sales operations across designated sales areas.
  • Ensure the achievement of budgeted volume and margin for Almarai products within the assigned territory.
  • Continuously monitor and review the performance of the sales team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales management.
  • Experience in budgetary preparation and planning.

Required Skills

  • Highly skilled in reporting, communication, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience with SAP or a similar enterprise resource planning package.
  • Proficient in team management and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a good team player.
