About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Commercial Director (Pre-opening) for its Hilton Airport property in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves leading the commercial strategy and execution for the hotel, ensuring top-line performance and market share growth across various revenue streams. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams, including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and Finance to align commercial decisions with revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and achieve profit and margin targets.
  • Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments.
  • Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand.
  • Monitor market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value.
  • Drive team engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant commercial role.
