About the Role

Hemamco Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Aramco Approved) to oversee pipeline, OHPL, Mechanical, and facility construction projects. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to plan, manage, and supervise all construction activities. The Construction Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), Materials Standards (SAMSS), and all safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction activities, including pipeline installation, civil works, Mechanical, and structural works.
• Ensure strict compliance with SAES / SAMSS standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, Welding Procedure Specifications/Procedure Qualification Records (WPS/PQR), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) documentation.
• Ensure site safety and environmental compliance in line with Saudi Aramco regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct progress reporting and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management.
• Proven experience on Saudi Aramco–approved projects.
• Familiarity with SAES / SAMSS standards.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing ITPs, method statements, and site QA/QC documentation.
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA Safety Certification.
• Valid Aramco-approved site safety trainings, including Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Confined Space, H2S Awareness, and First Aid.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior approval as an Aramco-certified Construction Manager / Engineer.
• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in cross-country pipelines, projects, and large-scale construction.
