About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a highly experienced Contracts and Legal Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive legal and Facilities Management (FM) industry expertise to manage a broad spectrum of operational and commercial contracts within the company's operations.

Role Summary

The Contracts and Legal Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all contractual aspects of the company's business. This involves ensuring legal compliance, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing essential legal guidance across various departments to support smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, and management of commercial, operational, vendor, and business-related contracts.
• Ensure all company contracts align with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to Operations, Commercial, HR, and Management teams.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.
• Support and oversee the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations and renewals.
• Ensure organizational policies and contract practices meet regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in contracts and legal management. A strong background in both legal frameworks and the Facilities Management (FM) industry is essential to effectively oversee the diverse range of contracts within our operations.
