About the Role

Alturki Holding is seeking an experienced Contracts and Legal Manager to join its operations in Dammam, Eastern region. This contract position requires strong legal and Facilities Management (FM) industry expertise to oversee a wide range of operational and commercial contracts within the company's framework.

Role Purpose and Context

The Contracts and Legal Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of all contractual agreements. This position provides essential day-to-day legal support across various departments, contributing to effective risk management and adherence to regulatory and industry standards within Alturki Holding's diverse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, and comprehensive management of commercial, operational, vendor, and business-related contracts.
• Ensure all company contracts consistently align with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
• Provide day-to-day legal support and guidance to the Operations, Commercial, Human Resources, and Management teams.
• Proactively identify potential contractual risks and recommend effective mitigation measures to safeguard company interests.
• Support and oversee the full contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation phases through to renewals and termination.
• Ensure that organizational policies and contract practices meet both regulatory mandates and prevailing industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in contracts and legal management.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in legal principles and practices, specifically within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
• Proven ability to manage a wide range of operational and commercial contracts effectively.
