About the Role

TalentHive is supporting a well-established Saudi organization in the Eastern region, specifically in Dammam, with the expansion of its technical and maintenance operations. We are seeking experienced Electricians and Auto Electricians to join an established operational environment. This full-time role offers opportunities for candidates with 5-10 years of experience across various technical specialisms.

Positions Available

We are interested in Saudi candidates with professional electrical or auto-electrical experience. Positions are available for different levels of experience, including:

Candidates will be assessed and matched to the most appropriate position based on their technical experience, equipment specialism, and level of competency.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

The successful candidate will work across vehicles, heavy equipment, machinery, and associated electrical systems. For Auto Electrician positions, responsibilities will involve working with and diagnosing issues related to various electrical systems.

Required Experience and Qualifications

We are seeking Saudi nationals with 5-10 years of professional electrical or auto-electrical experience. Specific experience requirements include:

• Experience with systems such as starters, alternators, batteries, wiring, sensors, and control modules/ECUs.
• Proficiency in electrical fault diagnosis.
• Experience within heavy equipment, transportation, fleet, automotive, construction, industrial, oil & gas, or major project environments is advantageous.

Work Environment

This role operates within an established operational environment, working alongside experienced maintenance and technical teams. The work involves supporting a diverse range of equipment and assets.
