The Role: QA / QC Electrical Engineer

alfanar Group is seeking a QA / QC Electrical Engineer to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves overseeing quality assurance and control processes for electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring operational targets are met, and maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Train subordinates and build an effective team to accomplish work objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate assignments effectively among subordinates.
• Ensure equitable distribution of tasks to maintain team morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to achieve operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to meet objectives within cost and time constraints.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution status of planned tasks.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes and specifications for products or activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible.
• Comply with relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area to guarantee legislative compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a QA / QC Electrical Engineering role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within the alfanar Group.
