About the Role

Protiviti Middle East Member Firm is seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to oversee a significant, large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a prominent Oil & Gas Drilling organization located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This on-site position requires a seasoned professional to function as an independent PMO representative. The role involves ensuring robust program governance, effective stakeholder engagement, proactive risk mitigation, and diligent delivery oversight throughout the entire implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will guide the program from initiation to successful transition, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and driving the adoption of new ERP functionalities within a complex organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern the end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation program, ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives.
  • Establish and manage comprehensive PMO processes, including project controls, reporting frameworks, and governance structures.
  • Coordinate effectively with diverse business stakeholders, implementation partners, system integrators, and executive leadership to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Continuously monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables to maintain program integrity.
  • Drive steering committee meetings and provide clear, concise executive-level status reporting to key decision-makers.
  • Ensure strong alignment between overarching business objectives and the outcomes delivered by the ERP implementation.
  • Manage the change control process, facilitate issue resolution, and oversee escalation procedures to address challenges promptly.
  • Oversee program quality assurance, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and manage a successful transition to business operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience managing at least 3-4 large-scale Oracle ERP/Fusion implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as an independent PMO/Program Manager, representing the client's interests.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and leading complex ERP transformation initiatives.
  • A track record of success in managing complex, enterprise-wide ERP programs.
  • Possession of PMP, PRINCE2, and other relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), PgMP (Program Management Professional), and ITIL (for service-oriented projects) is mandatory.
