About the Delivery Lead Role

Sutherland is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead – Oracle ERP Functional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and managing enterprise transformation programs focused on Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) domains. The role requires a strong leader to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery, effective account management, stakeholder engagement, and robust governance across multiple implementation and support projects.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As a Delivery Lead, you will be instrumental in guiding complex Oracle ERP transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, managing client relationships, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This leadership role demands a strategic approach to project execution and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes for our clients.

• Lead and manage enterprise transformation programs within Oracle ERP, specifically in Finance, SCM, and HCM.
• Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery and account management.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and governance across multiple implementations and support engagements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in Oracle ERP functional consulting and delivery management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing complex stakeholder environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP functional consulting and delivery management.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role such as Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Account Manager.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS implementations.
• Strong business process expertise in Finance, SCM, and/or HCM.
• Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
