About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking an experienced Manager - IT Delivery Management to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and initiatives. This role ensures that technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. The Manager will be responsible for managing project execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, upholding governance standards, and driving delivery performance across various technology workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects and programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and interdependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including internal IT departments, external vendors, and consultants.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and delivery standards.
• Monitor project performance against metrics and provide status updates to leadership.
• Manage change requests, facilitate issue resolution, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and organizational governance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within delivery methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Support strategic resource planning, capacity management, and project portfolio prioritization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.
