About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position focused on leading the end-to-end delivery of technical and IT projects within the organization.

Project Leadership Focus

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines, and coordinating effectively with various internal and external teams. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful completion of projects within defined parameters, maintaining high standards of delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical and IT projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with software developers, QA engineers, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve project delivery processes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in technical project management or a closely related field. Demonstrated success in leading complex IT projects from inception to completion is essential for this position.
