Role Overview

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security initiatives are successfully executed and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern the delivery of security projects, including network, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and endpoint security.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contractual commitments.
• Serve as the primary governance liaison between client leadership and delivery teams.
• Lead service reviews, manage escalations, and facilitate governance forums.
• Oversee risks, issues, and performance at a service level, distinct from operational management.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, controls, and regulatory standards.
• Drive initiatives for service improvement and maturity.

Experience and Qualifications

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in security delivery or a related field. A foundational understanding of security governance and project delivery is expected. The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate complex security concepts clearly is essential.
