Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking a Security Delivery Lead to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is integral to transforming security strategies into impactful solutions and ensuring robust security governance across the organization.

The Security Delivery Lead Role

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will operate as a subject matter expert, collaborating with various cross-functional teams to inform critical decisions and oversee the comprehensive delivery of security governance. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape security strategies, implement innovative solutions, and ensure strict alignment with overarching enterprise policies. The objective is to safeguard the organization effectively and drive continuous security excellence.

Key Responsibilities in Project Governance

• Govern the end-to-end delivery of various security projects, encompassing critical areas such as network security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Endpoint protection.
• Serve as the primary governance liaison, bridging communication and ensuring alignment between client leadership and the dedicated delivery teams.
• Lead and facilitate essential service reviews, manage escalations efficiently, and conduct governance forums to maintain oversight.

Performance Oversight and Compliance Assurance

• Ensure strict compliance with all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and established contractual commitments.
• Oversee and monitor potential risks, existing issues, and overall performance metrics at a service level, distinct from operational specifics.
• Guarantee adherence to all internal policies, security controls, and relevant regulatory standards.

Driving Service Improvement

A core aspect of this role involves proactively driving service improvement and maturity initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing strategies to elevate the overall effectiveness and sophistication of security services.
