Accenture Middle East is seeking a Security Delivery Associate Manager for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves contributing to security solutions and strategies within the organization.

Role Overview

The Security Delivery Associate Manager serves as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to make critical decisions and manage the delivery of security governance. This position focuses on shaping security strategies, implementing solutions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise policies to safeguard the organization and drive security excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security and infrastructure projects across network, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and endpoint domains.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Provide technical oversight on network security solutions, including firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs, as well as IAM solutions and endpoint protection platforms.
• Ensure alignment with established security standards, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of various security solutions.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies and clear reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Network Security principles and technologies.
• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Solid understanding of Endpoint Security concepts and solutions.
• Proven experience in delivery management or project leadership roles.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in security delivery, project leadership, or a related field.
