Job Summary

Assayel Arabia Real Estate Company is seeking a Facilities Services Supervisor for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role involves supervising outsourced facilities service providers and managing tenant and site complaint resolution across assigned properties. The supervisor will ensure service quality and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend improvements to departmental policies and support the implementation of procedures and controls.
• Monitor and track outsourced service providers against SLA and contractual obligations.
• Review site inspection findings and vendor performance data, escalating recurring or unresolved issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Log tenant and site complaints from all channels, maintaining a structured tracking log by service type, location, and resolution time.
• Ensure timely resolution and escalation of tenant complaints.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact between the Facilities Manager, tenants, and outsourced service providers.
• Support the monitoring of utility service continuity and report discrepancies.
• Follow up on existing vendor contracts, including renewal dates and documentation, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
• Maintain facilities administrative records, including service logs, complaint records, and contract renewal dates.
• Track and report Tenant Satisfaction Survey results, working with the Facilities Manager to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in facilities services or a similar supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor service provider performance and manage complaint resolution.
• Strong understanding of Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the real estate sector, overseeing facilities operations across various properties.
