F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position focuses on creating a unique and memorable dining experience for guests, extending beyond just food and beverages. The role involves proactive service delivery to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas for service.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Interacting with guests to take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any needs.
• Ensuring that all guest interactions contribute positively to their overall dining experience.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment to established standards.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

All team members are expected to maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards. Professional appearance, including uniform and personal grooming, along with professional communication, are essential. This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Tasks also involve reading and verifying visual information from menus, and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) unassisted, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also part of the role's physical demands. The F&B Service Expert must perform all assigned tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and operational success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than one year of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• Licenses or Certifications: None required.
