Field Services Manager

About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Field Services Manager for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is responsible for overseeing all resources and logistics necessary to perform service and maintenance work on customer sites. The activities contribute to the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of sold or existing products, encompassing preventive and corrective maintenance services, management of maintenance facilities, and field service engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site term extensions, repairs, and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets.
• Supervise the construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment at customer sites.
• Oversee specialized on-site activities including machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, and generator diagnostics.
• Influence departmental operations and take responsibility for planning and execution within an operational discipline.
• Apply technical expertise and previous experience to implement policies and strategies.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members and contribute to talent development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant advanced experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
• Graduate engineer background.
