Field Specialist II Tubular Services (TBL) (Field Supervisor TRS)

About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Field Specialist II – Tubular Services (TBL) (Field Supervisor TRS) for a 1-year contract position. This role is based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, specifically in the Dhahran/Dammam area, and operates on a 60 days on / 30 days off rotation. This opportunity is open to Saudi Nationals currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising field crews and coordinating operations with the Company.
• Performing rig-up and rig-down procedures for tubular services equipment.
• Monitoring torque-turn operations during casing and tubing running.
• Conducting equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
• Ensuring strong HSE leadership, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining compliance with safety procedures.
• Managing high-risk rig-floor operations and handling heavy tubular equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5–10 years of hands-on oilfield experience in Tubular Running Services (TRS).
• 6–8+ years of active field experience on onshore or offshore drilling rigs.
• Proven experience in casing and tubing running operations.
• Proficiency in hydraulic power tongs, CRTi tools, and casing drive systems (CDS).
• Relevant field safety and operational certifications.

Required Skills

• Ability to supervise field crews effectively.
• Strong understanding of HSE principles and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Capability to handle high-risk operations and heavy equipment.

Work Environment

This is a contract position with a rotation schedule of 60 days on and 30 days off. The role requires being based in Saudi Arabia, specifically in the Dhahran/Dammam area, and involves working in oilfield environments, including onshore or offshore drilling rigs.
