About the Role

Hays is partnering with a Holding Group to recruit a Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role is responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, providing critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure the achievement of financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Develop long-term financial plans aligned with business strategy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow trends.
• Provide financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor operating budgets.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Improve financial planning processes, reporting tools, and forecasting accuracy.
• Support management with effective financial presentations and decision-making through financial payback analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare consolidated Financial Statements.
• Lead and mentor members of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or ACCA is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, or FP&A.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and financial planning software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
