About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager (Pre-opening) for the Hilton Airport in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing the pre-opening operations of one or more dining outlets, focusing on quality, service, and guest satisfaction. The manager will contribute to establishing memorable guest experiences from the outset.

Role Context

This position is integral to the Hotels team, ensuring the successful launch and daily operation of food and beverage services. The manager will be responsible for implementing strategies that maximize profitability and uphold high standards of quality and service, particularly during the critical pre-opening phase.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring quality, service, and marketing strategies maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations and implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience required: 5-10 years in a relevant field.
