Edge Al Rabie - Riyadh is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves organizing and directing a team focused on developing high-quality food and beverage products and delivering prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the short and long-term planning and management of food and beverage operations across both front and back of house. The primary objective is to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. This position encompasses managing profitability and quality for all food and beverage operations within the hotel, including restaurants, catering, and banquet services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain established standards for food and beverage quality and guest service quality.
• Coach, train, and manage employees in alignment with the hotel’s organizational structure.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses, maximizing profitability for the food and beverage department.
• Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
• Implement and maintain local and national sales and marketing programs.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by improving product delivery through employee development, job engineering, and quality image.
• Ensure compliance with business operations and legal regulations.
• Market food and beverage outlets, develop, and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentations within corporate guidelines to meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in food and beverage management. The role requires professionals who are dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated.
