Foreman Control Room

About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Foreman, Control Room to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position involves maintaining process parameters, monitoring operations, and ensuring the safety and smooth functioning of the plant. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all process parameters according to Daily Operating Instructions (DOI) and within tolerance limits.
• Monitor all process parameters closely.
• Take necessary actions as per Standard Operating Procedures in case of any deviation in process parameters.
• Seek assistance from the Shift Supervisor and higher management if parameters become uncontrollable.
• Ensure smooth startup and shutdown of the plant, and safely maintain the plant in Extended Idle or Idle condition as required.
• Log the panel log sheet at pre-determined intervals.
• Log all events that occurred during the shift in the Panel Foreman log book.
• Ensure the safety of field personnel and plant equipment by closely monitoring relevant process parameters and through supporting staff.
• Train subordinate staff.

Safety and Compliance

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Understand and follow organizational HS&E policies.
• Follow safety instructions related to assigned jobs.
• Report damaged PPE, unsafe machines, or equipment to concerned staff.
• Keep provided PPEs in good, workable condition.
• Avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the concerned responsible party.
• Attend planned safety trainings.
• Retain the right to refuse any unsafe work.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar control room or plant operations role.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on maintaining operational efficiency and safety within a plant environment.
