Foreman Control Room

About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Foreman, Control Room to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role involves maintaining process parameters, closely monitoring operations, and ensuring the safe operation of the plant in compliance with safety regulations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all process parameters according to Daily Operating Instructions (DOI) and within tolerance limits.
• Monitor all process parameters closely.
• Take necessary actions as per Standard Operating Procedures in case of any deviation in process parameters.
• Seek assistance from the Shift Supervisor and higher-ups if parameters become uncontrollable.
• Ensure smooth startup and shutdown of the plant, maintaining it in Extended Idle or Idle condition safely as required.
• Log the panel log sheet at pre-determined intervals.
• Log all events that occurred during the shift in the Panel Foreman log book.
• Ensure the safety of field personnel and plant equipment through close vigilance over relevant process parameters and support staff.
• Train subordinate staff.

Safety and Compliance

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Understand and follow organizational Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) policies.
• Follow safety instructions related to assigned tasks.
• Report damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to concerned staff.
• Keep provided PPEs in good, workable condition.
• Avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
• Attend planned safety trainings.
• Exercise the right to refuse any unsafe work.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.
