About the Role: Head of IGT Service Operations

Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of IGT Service Operations to lead field service operations for Industrial Gas Turbines (IGT) in Dammam, Eastern region, KSA. This full-time role involves overseeing a team of field service expert engineers and supervisors, ensuring the successful assembly, disassembly, and commissioning of mechanical components. The Head of IGT Service Operations will be responsible for fostering a high-performing team, aligning with Siemens Energy’s growth objectives, and collaborating with regional managers and project leaders to uphold quality and safety standards, including driving the IGT ZERO HARM program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field service operations for IGT, ensuring high-quality execution of assembly, disassembly, and commissioning tasks.
• Collaborate with regional managers, sales teams, and project leaders to optimize project planning and execution.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for the IGT field service team, enhancing their skills and competencies.
• Drive the IGT ZERO HARM program, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy Quality and EHS standards in all project-related activities.
• Support Siemens Energy IGT customers across KSA with maintenance, repair, and modifications to maximize resource utilization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in a managerial role within the industrial applications business, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Strong mechanical product knowledge, particularly with Siemens Energy MGT, SGTs, and AGTs.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively in diverse cultural settings.
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on safety and quality.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
