We are seeking a Health Safety Environment Officer to join the organization on a full-time basis. Role Overview

The Health Safety Environment Officer will work directly with operational teams to ensure safe working environments, monitor compliance, and support the ongoing development of HSE standards across the organization. This position is open to Saudi Nationals with 3-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting workplace HSE inspections and identifying potential hazards.
• Supporting the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitoring compliance with applicable safety and environmental requirements.
• Supporting risk assessments and preventative actions.
• Assisting with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Participating in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
• Maintaining accurate HSE records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Working directly with operational teams to promote safe working practices.
• Identifying and escalating significant hazards or areas of non-compliance.
• Supporting continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
• Practical understanding of safety governance, risk management, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to conduct inspections, identify hazards, and support effective corrective actions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Confidence working directly with operational and site-based teams.
• Relevant HSE certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Dammam.
