Job Description
Role Overview
Highest Talent Ltd is seeking a Heavy Equipment Assessor to join their Certification Team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position, offering a salary range of SAR 12,000 to SAR 15,000, requires 5-10 years of experience and is crucial for conducting performance assessments of contractor's staff for Saudi Aramco projects. The role involves the comprehensive development, implementation, reporting, and analysis of all assigned certifications, ensuring adherence to company policy.
Key Responsibilities
The Heavy Equipment Assessor will perform a range of duties to ensure competency and compliance, including:
- Performing assessments to ensure operator competency across various disciplines.
- Assisting in the development of written and practical assessments within their field of expertise.
- Ensuring all assessments are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Completing the analysis of all conducted assessments.
- Taking on mentoring responsibilities as required.
- Assisting with Quality Assurance (QA) Audits.
- Assisting with Policy and Procedural reviews and development.
- Upholding the EnergyTech HE Certifications Unit Policy.
Assessment Scope and Expertise
The role requires specialized knowledge to conduct assessments in the following areas:
- Heavy Equipment operations, including Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Grader, Wheel loader, Skid loader, Backhoe loader, and Sideboom Telehandler.
- Crane operation.
- Rigging.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- A technical qualification or diploma in a relevant craft or subject.
- Certification in specific areas of expertise, including Heavy Equipment (Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Wheel loader, Backhoe loader, etc.), Cranes, and/or Rigging.
- Fluency in English (reading and writing).
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
Professional Experience
Applicants must meet the following professional experience criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in a specific role.
- 3 years of experience as an instructor or teacher.
- 3 years of experience in an assessing or assessment role.
- Knowledge of Training/Assessment development is considered an advantage.
