About the Role: Installation & Maintenance Technician / Engineer

ZAGHAMI Technical Trading Company is seeking a Saudi National for an Installation & Maintenance Technician / Engineer role in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be practical, safety-conscious, and service-oriented, possessing strong technical fundamentals and hands-on ability to support industrial equipment installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance. The role involves working with wiring machines, gas-handling equipment, and high-voltage test kits, with a focus on continuous learning and development through structured technical and manufacturer training.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain equipment at customer sites after completing necessary training.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Support equipment setup, functional checks, and fault diagnosis in coordination with manufacturers.
• Provide customers with basic equipment operation and routine maintenance training.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate spare parts requirements and technical support.
• Prepare installation reports, service reports, and maintenance records.
• Adhere to applicable safety procedures, including those for high-voltage testing and gas-handling equipment.
• Attend technical training and progressively develop the ability to handle service assignments independently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical fundamentals and hands-on ability.
• Practical, safety-conscious, and service-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop through structured technical and manufacturer training.

Work Environment
