MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on maintaining asset efficiency and minimizing downtime through effective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, within a business context.
• Observe asset status and determine condition based on indicators and real-time data to prioritize maintenance resources.
• Identify, isolate, and rectify faults to restore assets to operational condition, applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for long-term solutions when necessary.
• Operate Napco's Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) package and interface with other enterprise software systems as applicable.
• Use Condition Monitoring results to predict and schedule corrective maintenance.
• Systematically monitor and evaluate the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met and drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products against performance and standard limits.

Required Competencies

• Proficiency in national and foreign languages, both spoken and written.
• Ability to use standard equipment and office automation systems and software effectively.
• Knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, tools, and items used in Napco's maintenance practices.
• Understanding and interpretation of legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect personnel and property.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and Napco's standards and procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on operational maintenance within Napco National's facilities.
