About the Role

Jeser Human Capital is seeking an International Chef for a coffee shop project located in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves leading the kitchen operations, developing the menu, ensuring consistent quality of dishes, managing ingredient costs, and training kitchen staff. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present international cuisine items according to established quality and presentation standards.
• Develop the food menu and propose new dishes that align with local market tastes.
• Create standardized recipes and preparation guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and quantity.
• Manage the kitchen team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Monitor inventory, manage raw material orders, and control waste and item costs.
• Implement hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) within the kitchen.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef in international cuisine, including experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in international cooking techniques and the ability to design a comprehensive menu.
• Practical knowledge of food safety standards and cost control for dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a kitchen team.
• Native Arabic speaker with working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to relocate, work, and reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in culinary arts.
• Previous experience in restaurants or hotels within the Gulf market.
• Certification in food safety (HACCP or equivalent).
