About the Role

BESIX Middle East is seeking a Junior Site Engineer SA to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves supporting daily site operations and ensuring that all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with project specifications and requirements.

Role Overview

As a Junior Site Engineer or Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining project progress and upholding quality standards. Your involvement will be crucial in facilitating effective coordination among various project stakeholders, contributing directly to the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure all work is executed strictly according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate site records.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Assist in the resolution of site issues and technical challenges as they arise.
• Support activities related to material control, project planning, and reporting.
• Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and company procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant construction role.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based on-site in Dammam, Eastern Region, where you will be an integral part of the construction project team, contributing to the successful execution of our projects.
