The Role of Junior Site Engineer

As a Junior Site Engineer in Dammam, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily site operations. This position is integral to ensuring that all construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in strict adherence to project requirements. Your involvement will contribute directly to maintaining project progress, upholding quality standards, and facilitating effective coordination among various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Verify that all work is executed in strict accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress diligently and maintain accurate site records.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards.
• Assist in the timely resolution of site issues and technical challenges as they arise.
• Support activities related to material control, project planning, and comprehensive reporting.
• Promote and ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and company procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
